I am one of the lucky few who love what they do for a living, I am a REALTOR®. I am dedicated to providing professionalism, knowledge and common sense to every transaction. That, coupled with my exceptionally strong negotiation skills and the vast local network I have developed over the last 20 years in the real estate and construction industries in the Bismarck/Mandan and surrounding area, I quickly become a close ally to any buyer or seller looking for a seamless, rewarding real estate experience. 

I have earned many designations over the years including GRI- Graduate Realtor Institute, ePRO-Advanced Online Certification, ABR-Accredited Buyer Representative, CNHS-Certified New Home Specialist, SRES-Seniors Real Estate Specialist, as well as, several on-going appraisal and home staging advanced education classes. 

I also take great pride in the many awards I've received, Multi-Million Dollar Club and Diamond Award, but none more than being awarded the Quality Service Award by my clients, year after year after year. My clients are what's important to me. 

My success and longevity is due to them. I am very grateful. When I'm not negotiating real estate deals, I can be found spending time with my family & friends and enjoying every minute.
